Products that are shipped to you leave our premises in perfect condition. Every effort is made to ensure that more than adequate packaging is used for each and every shipment to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition.
We monitor the delivery performance of all our shipping partners to ensure they provide both you and us with the best possible service.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your shipment you may return it to us (by post at your cost) or in person, to our premises for a full refund. Unfortunately we will not be able to make any refund for postage and packing.
To return something to us you must first send an email notifying us of your intention to make the return. We will then issue you with a returns authorisation number which must be clearly visible on your parcel. Please send your email to info@eminencehealth.co.uk
All refunds will be made subject to goods being received in saleable condition. Refunds will be made to you within 7 working days of receipt of your return. Refunds will only be made using the original payment method. i.e. if you paid by card the refund will go back onto the same card.
This refund policy is current, is effective from August 2006 and supersedes any previous policy. |
